    Responsibilities: Massy Technologies InfoCom (Trinidad) Ltd, is looking for a dynamic individual to accept the role of Service Technician III within our Technical Support Services Business Unit to operate out of our El Socorro location. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service with respect to the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment supported by the Business Unit of Massy Technologies.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Inspect, install and test equipment as well as site recommendation
    • Diagnose, repair, conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
    • Complete all relevant documentation pertinent to equipment installed, maintained or repaired and prepare such reports as may be required
    • Communicate with customers regarding servicing and repairs of equipment
    • Work with and assist team members to accomplish department objectives
    • Assist in investigation of reported problems, document findings and conduct quality assurance reviews
    • Successful & continual pursuit of requisite certifications
    Requirements: • Seven Ordinary Level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
    • EEET Diploma or equivalent certification preferably in Electronics
    • Any of the following would be an asset: A+ Certification, Network +
    • Experience in electromechanical and electronic service environment would be an asset
    • Computer proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good planning, organizing and time management skills
    • Ardent learner capable of learning new technologies
    • Must have a valid drivers’ licence and a working vehicle
